Q: How do I track my order?
A: Just input your Reference Number to the above form and
click the "Track" button, you'll be directed to FedEx
website where you can find up-to-the-minute status of your order.
Q: Where
do I get the Reference Number?
A: Your reference number is simply the combination of your
zipcode and your initials.
For example, if your name is George W. Bush and your zipcode
is 20500, then your order reference number will be: 20500GB.
(please
use capital letters like GB, not gb)
Q: When
can I start tracking my order?
A: Two business days after you receive the order confirmation
email.
Q: I got an Unable to track shipment error
message, what should I do?
A: There are two possible reasons:
1. Some parts you ordered (like scooter tire / tube, fuse, etc) are
shipped by USPS mail, so they are not trackable. Please wait for
7-10 days for the parts to arrive.
2. Pocket bikes, Super
bikes, Mobility scooters and model
036, 036D, C880,
087, B430,RS-SBW
are all over FedEX maximum size and they can only be shipped by trucking
company, so these orders are also not trackable through this website.
If your order does not belong to the above two categories, please
check if your order was placed at least 2 business days ago; If
yes, please call 888-298-4NST (do NOT email) and talk to Josephine
at the shipping department, make sure to have the following information
handy:
