What kind of warranty do your scooters have?
Star II scooters (both electric and gas)in NSTmotor.com have 30-days warranty; Spare parts are always free during the warranty period.
How long
does it take to process and ship my order?
Normally it takes 1-2 business days to process your order,
then it will take FedEx 2-5 business days to ship (depending
on the shipping option you choose and your location, for ground
shipping, see picture below to find the transit time)

Do you
ship to Canada and how much is the shipping?
Yes, we ship everything except the gas scooters to
Canada, you can calculate shipping online.
Do you provide
spare parts replacement for your scooters?
Yes, we carry all kinds of spare parts such as batteries,
belts, tires, tubes, motors, controllers, etc. Now you can order
spare parts online.
How do I order from NSTmotor.com?
As you shop at NSTmotor.com, you can add any items that interest
you to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to place your order,
you can click on the "View cart" button which appears on the top
right page.
You will then
receive an order reference number; keep this number, as you will
need it if you wish to track your order status.
Are there
other ways to order if I do not want use the online form?
Though our online ordering process is secure, NSTmotor.com will
also accept email and phone orders. For the most effective off-line
ordering, place your order as you would online with our shopping
cart, but then print out the shopping cart page and fax it to
us at 909-628-2855 (We will call you for payment information).
You may also email your order to sales@nstmotor.com. Be sure to
include your payment information. You can also order over phone
888-298-4NST (toll free) or 909-628-2899.
Do I receive
a confirmation?
NSTmotor.com will send you a confirmation email with an Order
Reference Number when your order has been received, then you can track your order in our website.
What Forms
of payment do you accept?
VISA and MasterCard are gladly accepted. Money order, Cashiers
check and personal check(may take up to 10 business days to clear)
are also accepted.
What If I
need to change or cancel my order after I submit it?
Contact us immediately by phone or email,
once the order is shipped, it can not be changed or cancelled.
How do I
track my order?
Once your order is received, we'll send you a confirmation email
with an Order Reference Number, then you can track
your order with the reference number.
Does you
accept International orders?
YES, NSTmotor.com does accept orders from outside the United States.
