not be sold to California residents. Please check with our
staffs before placing an order.
Some vehicles are not categorized as toys. To sell them, you
need to have a dealer license.

Pricing
and Product Availability Disclaimer
All price quotes are excluded from shipping and handling
charges. Prices and product availabilities are subject to change
without notices. Specials and promotions may be limited to
quantity in stock. NSTmotor.com reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone.
To provide immediate availability with popular models, the model
you receive may differ slightly from what the picture online.
The pictures online are to give a reasonable example of what you
will be receiving, with emphasis primarily on horsepower,
braking system, general size, and other major features that
typically dictate market price. NSTmotor.com will ship the most
readily available model that matches these major criteria.
Payment Policy
NSTmotor.com
currently accepts credit card (Visa and MasterCard Only), money
orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. We do not add credit
card surcharges to your purchases.
Shipping
Policy
NSTmotor.com
processes orders Monday through Friday. We cannot deliver to a P.O.
Box, APO, or FPO address. Be sure to provide exact and proper
shipping address to avoid complications or delays for your order.
You will be notified via phone or e-mail of any complications or
delays occurs.
NSTmotor.com ships to credit card billing addresses only. All orders
which does not match the billing addresses will be cancelled
immediately. You will be notified via phone or e-mail if your order
has been cancelled.
If for any
reason, the customer wishes not to have the order shipped to a
billing address, the following options are available:
1. We will
send the customer a reference number to track the order with the
shipping company. Once the shipment is in their city the customer
can call the shipping company and inform them that they will pick it
up. The shipping company will request a photo ID when picking up
shipments.
2. Different payment options are available to send to non-billing
addresses.
Changes and
Cancellations
Changes or
cancellation of orders can be made anytime during the shopping
process. If you need to make any changes after submission, you must
contact our customer service department immediately to receive a
confirmation of change. Failure to do so will result in the original
order to be processed.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns. All customers who purchase
scooters from a dealer must take the scooters back to the dealer for
returns.
If an item is defective upon arrival the customer has 3 days to
notify customer service. NSTmotor.com will send replacement parts as
soon as possible at our cost. If entire unit is damaged, customer
must call within the 3 days to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days
after being issued.
For better service, please have the following information on hand
when you call our service department: invoice number, model number,
phone number, and reason for return. Any return without an RMA
number will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the
exchange. For customer protection, it is recommended to insure the
shipment, in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. It is also
recommended to use a shipping company that can provide a proof of
delivery of some form.
If product arrives damaged, save the product in the original
packaging and notify us. We will in turn arrange a carrier
inspection with the shipping company.

and Privacy Policy
NSTmotor.com
is sensitive to your security and privacy concerns. We are committed
to protect your rights and ease your worries. NSTmotor.com utilizes
one of the most advanced security available for online transactions.
Secured Socket Layers (SSL) is used to encrypt all sensitive
information before sending over the internet. You can rest assured
all personal information is safe from unauthorized access. All
information collected is confidential and is only used for the
purpose of processing the order. NSTmotor.com does not disclose
information about its customers to any third party without
customer's permission.
Limited Warranty
There are no other warranties except those written warranties provided by NST Inc. as follows:
NST Inc. warrants all drive trains on vehicles distributed by NST Inc. for a period of three months with the exception of the conditions shown under “What Is Not Covered”.
All components other than drive trains of the said vehicles will be warrantied for a period of 30 days with the exception of the conditions shown under “What Is Not Covered”.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Any parts and/or labor costs incurred in connection with required or recommended maintenance service as outlined in the Owner’s Manuals.
- Normal maintenance services such as carburetor tune-up, replacement of filters, lubricants or gaskets and other such services and/or normal wear items such as bolts, control cables, lubes, tires, brake shoes, contact breaker points, spark plugs, chains and sprockets.
- Damage or failures resulting from: accident, theft, fire or misuse, use of improper or dirty fuels or lubricants, use of non-original parts, alteration, tampering or improper repair.
- Normal deterioration of appearance due to wear, exposure or other environmental conditions.
- Incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or commercial loss.
- Any vehicle which has been used for racing, competition, rental or other commercial purposes.
